Cigaratte at Door Step

Of the many females I saw smoking near work places , Pubs , streets ; first time I saw near my home - close vicinity where my 2 year old would be watching & probably would be asking a lot of questions about these.Just opposite to my appartment , there is a College & while I make a point to ear all activity of these youngsters whever I pass by , just to keep myself update on " Young GenX tastes ". This is important as ; 1. I have a growing daughter , to whom I need to talk in her generation language to make her understand Old generation good family values , 2. Professionally manage young people , as by 2040 about 55% of country's population is below 30years. New dimension of these changing youthlifestyle come to me as a surprise :
1. Generation gap is now 10 years .......not actual generation gap . So grab the technology these guys use ( website , gadgets , media , aspirations...etc).
2. Everthing fast , all is possible and real time work with no over responsibility.
3. Unhealthy habits - Cigaratte , beer , porn are common and may be Sex now.
The difference between my Parents and me as Parents is that - they didnt' had such a environment & neither the life of Cosmo City Mumbai as compared to gentle town life in Nagpur where it was easy to proparly bring up " Sumeet at Nagpur" ; now its Sumeet's mega challange to continue to transfer the same good values , add some good ones to " Ishani @ Mumbai". HOW ???
