Recently I was alone at home as rest of family folks were at nagpur, the next day to work I was in train and since it was empty I kept my office bag in front seat. Believe me the bag was very much in front of me and I was relaxing and I imagined that my family is a bag of responsibility and sometimes I need to keep it aside in front of my eyes to give those shoulders an occasional rest to pull on better of time to come.
so folks , your responsibilities are important and so is that 'rest' to enhance your efficiency to carry it further. like, keep that bag of heavy vegies/ grocery stuff put down a while and again take it to carry.
